  2. Refunds: Refunds are issued only in the case of damaged or defective products. Customers must notify us within 15 days of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  3. Refund Process: Upon verification of the claim, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days.

  4. Shipping Costs: We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
